PATTERN: Pattern carved with random steps.
TECHNIQUE: Solid wood sawn veneer with a machine-carved pattern. The sawn veneers are sourced from solid boards of cabinet-making quality. They are therefore not uniform, offering a varied and natural grain pattern.
DIMENSIONS: Maximum for a panel 1300×3000 mm.
WOOD TYPES: French oak, US walnut, sycamore, or other wood types upon request.
FINISHES: Sandblasting, staining, lacquering, whitewashing, gilding, metallization, patina, etc.
PROTECTIVE VARNISH: The standard finish is a satin-matte varnish (15% gloss). It can be customized upon request: High Gloss (100% gloss), Gloss (65% gloss), Satin (25% gloss), Matte (3% gloss).
SUPPORT: The support and its thickness are determined by our design office according to the end use in order to preserve their stability.
IMPLEMENTATION: Edges can be rough, grooved, veneered, pre-beveled, molded, etc. Panels can be curved in our workshops according to the required radius and their own capacity to be curved.
FIRE RATING OPTION: An intumescent varnish provides a European B-s1 or s2, d0 rating (equivalent to the French M1 rating). The appearance is different from that of a conventional cabinetry varnish.
MAINTENANCE: For varnished and smooth surfaces, we recommend dusting with a soft cloth, possibly using a mild spray (such as window cleaner or dust remover). A damp cloth will remove surface stains.
USE: indoors, wall coverings, hinged and sliding doors, door sets, furniture or parts of furniture, ceilings, etc.
ENVIRONMENT: FSC-certified wood. Certificates must be requested at the time of quotation.
